The Way Home in Permafrost: blueprint reward
Advance Skinwalker’s dialogue, collect the tailoring blueprint, and handle co-op reward problems.

Reach Skinwalker and finish the conversation
Use the natural rocks near the digger to jump up along the route. After the tower objective, speak to Skinwalker and use Space to advance the end of the conversation if it stalls.
Letting that conversation play without advancing can prevent the reward blueprint from being granted in an affected quest state.
Check the reward and Tailoring Bench
Open the reward box, then check the Quest tab in Blueprints. Learn the tailoring blueprint before building the Tailoring Bench and continuing the House Camp clothing stage.
Completing High Frequency by itself does not prove you have received this reward.
In co-op
Let the host handle the conversation and open the box. If the shared session will not advance, the host can try that quest step alone. Two quest keys can also remain with the host.
When Space does not fix it
A blueprint taken before its quest step, or a tower repaired too early, can leave a different blocker. Space is a dialogue workaround, not a universal quest reset. Check your current journal objective and learned blueprints before repeating the route.
