Breaking the Radio Silence in Permafrost

Finish the House Camp setup

Complete the four-wall House Flipper repairs, build Anna’s Stove, and cook using a primary ingredient and an enhancer. The Stove belongs to the preceding setup; building it alone does not finish the radio quest.

Collect Anna’s key individually

Talk to Anna and open the box beside her. Pick up the key as a single item, rather than using Take All. Use it on the roof-access door; avoid spending it on another locked container.

If the key is missing from both your inventory and the box, ask Anna for a replacement.

Repair and use the roof radio

Repair the stairs, reach the roof, repair the radio, and listen to Icarus. Return to Anna for the Hybrid blueprints, then craft boots, gloves, hat, jacket, and pants.

After the clothing objective, ask Anna about the next tower to continue toward Finn.

Anna only repeats the key dialogue

Check that the rooftop radio conversation and clothing step have registered. A missing “next tower” option can be a separate dialogue-progress bug; getting another key is not a guaranteed fix for that state.
