Hopes and Dreams in Permafrost: recording fixes
Replay a recording from the journal and check the alternate radios when interaction is missing.

Use journal playback for “Listen to Recording”
Open the journal and play the relevant recording. The recording update lets journal playback count toward the listen objective.
For recording #1, search the back of the truck on the route from the collapsed bridge toward the facility. The hanging body used as an older landmark has been removed.
A radio has no interaction button
After obtaining a recording, try the radio at Hunters Glade or the House Camp church tower. These are alternate interaction checks when the expected radio will not respond; they do not repair every quest state.
Recording #1 was picked up early
An early pickup can still leave the quest stuck. Replay it once and check the active journal objective, but do not assume repeated playback will rebuild missing progress.
High Frequency can be completed while Hopes and Dreams is active. A blocked recording step does not automatically mean you must abandon the tower quest.
